The Motivational Role of Money for People Entering the Labour Market (Case Study)

Abstract:

In the past, work was seen solely as a source of income. Nowadays, times have changed. People seek fulfillment in the workplace and have different expectations of it. The expectations of young people taking up their first job vary depending on their expectations, background, educational opportunities and willingness to learn, and often also their social status.  The aim of this article was to examine the extent to which various factors motivate people entering the labor market or those who have been in it for a relatively short time, with particular emphasis on Generation Z.
