Abstract:

The digital world does not ask us whether we are ready for change, the world is changing globally. The digital economy in developed countries is developing in different ways, but they have important common features: the presence of favorable conditions for the development and introduction of innovations, as well as large amounts of investment in digital technologies and infrastructure. There are great opportunities for Kazakhstan to make technological leaps in all areas of the economy. The development of digital technologies in the country is determined by such factors as the strengthening of the role of information and communication services in the global market and the provision of support to domestic companies. For the successful functioning of the digital economy in the country, it is necessary to: develop infrastructure with Internet access, using telecommunications, as well as e-business and commerce.
