Abstract:
Researches are showing that organizations are always challenged to alter, reshape and adapt to the current circumstances and evolution of the market. A key element in such conditions for a better performance is proven to be the alignment of the organizational culture with the business strategy through human resources. Under the umbrella of human resources activities, onboarding has become a subject of interest to managers, since it focuses on actively integrating new comers into the company. The present study aims at highlighting the importance of a comprehensive onboarding process in Lebanese organization and specifically in the banking sector. A case study approach is adopted and data was collected using a questionnaire.
