The Onboarding Process in Terms of Multigenerational Teams of Employees

Abstract:

Not only do successive generations bring changes in behavior or practices to organizations and require an increase in salaries, but also perceive certain processes from a different perspective, which arouses different expectations towards some matters. Based on the analysis of the generation characteristics, the paper indicates the key challenges related to the occurrence of multigenerational teams, especially in the context of the process of introducing employees to an organization.
