Abstract:

The article is based on partial results of a specific research in a thematic part “Effective Use of ICT and Quantitative Methods for Business Processes Optimization”. The research aim is to create a new methodology for identification of enterprise’s information system and then create by modelling the conditions for systemically integrated environment given by cybernetics as the area "for the management and communication of information in living and non-living organisms". The aim of this article is to familiarize professionals with the real environment recognition system processes in field of models creation of information environment for management and with the environment of cyberspace for modern management processes according to the principles of Applied Cybernetics - in our case in emerging economic cybernetics.
