Abstract:
The objective of our article is to analyse the level of governance in the Romanian legal entities, in the context in which the alignment of the structure and of the legislation is sought at the level of all the Member States of the European Union. We conducted our research on the basis of a questionnaire, 135 respondents from private legal entities and 17 respondents from public legal entities. From analysing the results of our research we have come to the conclusion that the strongest of the correlations is represented by the one between the structural reform of the legal entities and the impact that the governance has on the employees, followed by the correlation between the organizational governance and the ethical principles, by the correlation between the structural reform of the legal entities and performance, the correlation between the impact that the governance has on the employees and performance, the correlation between the impact that the organizational governance has on employees and the relationship between the organizational governance and the ethical principles, as well as the correlation between the structural reform of the legal entities and the ethical principles that the organization promotes.
