Abstract:
The last decade is characterized by a powerful breakthrough in the development of informational and communicational technologies. Global scope, fast informational exchange, no limits and borders – all these are doubtless advantages which are always taken into consideration when one describes the results of the development. Communication management and strategic communication – are the two managerial functions that implemented almost the whole potential of modern informational and communicational technologies. This essential problem will be discussed the proposed article. How far do these methods expand: is it still providing information or some kind of enforcement?
