The Potential of Electronic Communication in Theory and Practice of Modern Communicative Society (The Example of Using Electronic Evidence in the Legal Environment)

Abstract:

The modern communicative environment consists of different types of social communication, one of which is electronic. The authors attempt to assess the prognostic potential of electronic communication with the example of its use in the legal field. The classification features of electronic communication are defined and presented, as well as the term "electronic evidence" and the problem of admissibility and receipt of electronic evidence. The issues of the use of electronic evidence in civil proceedings are also considered.
