Abstract:

This study aims to obtain information on the potential for bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Ecuador from trade indicators. The program for Indonesian trade cooperation with Ecuador is inseparable from the achievement of trade cooperation between Indonesia and Chile. This is not separated from the action of expanding trade in South America. The method used to measure is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). Calculation of the competitiveness index shows that Indonesian products that are competitive in Ecuador are industrial products while Ecuador's products that are competitive in the Indonesian market are agricultural products
