Abstract:

The field of IT Governance lacks of scientifically based systematic approach for IT process construction. Unfortunately, many important decisions about the structure of IT process are made according to the IT process consultant’s personal experience and subjective opinion. In this paper we propose a predefined approach for IT process construction which is based on the (scientifically) established method engineering principles and adapted to IT process construction specifics.
