The Process of Managing an Organization, its Individual Subsystems and Functions

Abstract:

In the course of organization management it is possible to allocate various subsystems which will possess individual features and differ carried out functions. Higher education institutions as a specific organizational system have unique characteristics. This determines the relevance of research. The motivation allows to reveal degree of interest of the worker depending on the nature of persons activity. A basic set of the incentives of material and non-material character directed to increase in motivational activity of the faculty members is necessary for efficiency of educational organization activity. The system of the educational organization personnel motivation gives the opportunity to define management processes (main activities) to coordinate them and to define the needs for them. The role of material and non-material stimulation for rational work of the faculty members is revealed, the ways of achievement of indicators of educators activity as a direction of efficiency of use of motivation system in educational institution are defined. Ranking of indicators by means of determination of the threshold size of a reward and a set of non-material incentives inside higher education institution will allow to provide efficiency of higher education institution employees activity and economic effect without attraction of additional financing
