Abstract:

This paper presents a theoretical and practical approach to develop an agenda for agrarian production in a plant with limited liability (SRL), which aims to increase the chance of economic performance.Planning techniques used to achieve the objective aimed at obtaining competitive advantages and reduce the risk by anticipating economic and production results.
