The Proposition Model of Employees’ Involvement, Innovative Behavior and Spiritual Leadership as a Moderating Variable

Abstract:

This paper proposes a research model relationship among Employee Engagement (SET), Innovative Behavior (IWB) and Spiritual Leadership (FFM). This model is less discussed compared to the effect of employee engagement to performance innovative behavior. Interaction between spiritual leadership and employee engagement is new things. The role of spiritual leadership as a moderator are at the level of individual analysis which is new in organizational studies. The suggested proposition is employee engagement (SET) which was positively affected to innovative behavior (IWB) with spiritual leadership as moderator (FFM).
