Abstract:

Corruption is in every sense a global issue: in particular, it is one of the major problems affecting the prospects of developing and transition countries. An attempt to define the phenomenon of corruption is difficult to achieve, given that it can have multiple approaches and take various forms. This article presents some conclusions”on corruption in higher education in Romania”on the basis of the work done by the authors in the field in 2015 and 2016, analyzing the approach of universities concerning this subject.
