Abstract:

The paper presents the rationale for building up stockpiles after the coronavirus threat in Poland. It was divided into three main parts. First contains the concept of stockpiling and characteristics of dissemination and prevention of the risk of coronavirus. Second part is about consequences and problems of stockpiling after the declaration of an epidemiological emergency. Third part contains recommendations on the legitimacy of stockpiling.
