Abstract:

 The present paper represents a short analysis of the Romanian legal framework governing the sanitary system. This analysis was performed during the doctoral research and is leading to the conclusion that in Romania, the reform of the sanitary system is conditioned not only by the economic forces, but it also has its own characteristics determined by the miscarriages accumulated in time
