The Relationship between Hiring Models and Teachers Performance according to University Classification in Mongolia

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between hiring models and faculty performance in Mongolian higher education institutes. The questions were processed by using Census and Survey Processing System (CSPro) and the analysis was done by calculating Relative Importance Index (RII). The findings and context of this study indicates that there is positive relationship between hiring models and teacher’s performance
