The Role and Place of Virtual Dynamic Models in the Educational Process

Abstract:

The aim of the proposed study is to find opportunities to increase the developmental potential of mathematics lessons through optimal use of virtual dynamic models. The report shows that the formation of common ways of intellectual activity implies the need to develop the ability of schoolchildren to identify new links and relations between the objects under study. Such development can be achieved by attracting the opportunities of electronic educational resources and, in particular, specialized computer programs - constructive creative environments. Within these environments, virtual dynamic models are built to visualize and structure the properties of mathematical  objects in order to make appropriate hypotheses about the relationship between these properties and to justify these hypotheses by checking them for dynamic stability. This work is illustrated by specific examples from the authors 'experience.
