Abstract:

Today, the development of digital technology has fundamentally transformed the marketing ecosystem. It presented new paradigms for engaging with their customers more effectively. Artificial intelligence and social media have become essential for relationship marketing, concentrating on customer retention and satisfaction rather than sales. Furthermore,  more than three billion daily active users devote time to researching, sharing, and discussing their interests on social media platforms; this permits businesses to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. This research aimed to explore the role of artificial intelligence and social media in strengthening relationship marketing and improving customer satisfaction for SMEs.
