Abstract:

In modern economies based on knowledge, workforce remains the determining factor in the production’s growth and diversification, as well as in determining the profitability factors. In this context, the market, especially the workforce one, is and will remain the central institution around which revolves the economic life, in the superior capitalization of the competencies and human factor in achieving economic goals. This study makes an impact analysis of employment policies and labor market as a stimulating factor for raising the productivity of firms and its impact on domestic economic environment, in relation to the EU more complex area.
