The Role of Leadership Agility toward Organizational Learning and Imitation Behavior; A Study of the Manager of Batik SMEs in Pekalongan Indonesia

Abstract:

Leadership agility is become the strategic issue on global era that faced on the turbulence of business environment which is very volatile and unpredictable. Leadership agility is expected to be able to improve organizational learning and reduce imitation behavior. The type of this research is survey that was conducted to the Batik SMEs in Pekalongan City, Central Java Province, Indonesia. This survey was done toward the managers of Batik SMEs using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by giving closed questionnaire and interviews with some managers. The statistic technique is using Partial Least Square. The result explain that leadership agility is able to give significant influence on organizational learning and able to reduce imitation behavior.
