The Role of Networking and Mastermind Groups in the Development of Female Entrepreneurship

Abstract:

Contemporary female entrepreneurship is a dynamically developing area of the economy, in which social relations and cooperation based on trust play an increasingly important role. The aim of this article is to highlight the importance of networking and mastermind groups as tools supporting the professional, personal and business development of female entrepreneurs. Networking enables the building of contact networks, the exchange of experiences and access to knowledge, resources and inspiration, while mastermind groups – based on regular meetings, mutual support and constructive feedback – promote decision-making, strengthen motivation and overcome barriers characteristic of female entrepreneurship. The article also analyses the psychological and social mechanisms behind the effectiveness of these forms of cooperation and presents research results and examples of good practices. The conclusions indicate that networking and masterminds are not only a tool for business development, but also an important element in building a community of women in business, helping to strengthen their role in an economy based on knowledge sharing and relationships.
