Abstract:
A surrounding where current enterprises function, significantly affects the way of running a business at the same time encouraging entities to react individually to changes which take place. The result is that in a business, project approach to order management, which enforces the adoption of a project management concept for many basic operations become more and more popular. The approach towards planning and organizing the staff as members of project teams is changing as well. In this context, human resources coincide with the concept of human capital defined as a resource of knowledge and skills, which is the driving force behind the growth of the company's value. Based on both, literature and empirical studies, the analysis of the role of the human team at every stage of its operation, in the success of any project was conducted.
