Abstract:
Organizational culture is a key concept for today's businesses. The norms and values presented by an organization are an important point of reference for employees who are looking for a satisfying place of employment for them, especially in terms of respecting their rights. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to present organizational culture, starting with its historical background, various definitions and key levels. Moreover, its functions will be presented, including one of the key ones, consisting in creating an organization's strategy.
