Abstract:
Women’s entrepreneurship is currently at the center of socio-economic development strategies, with the overall objective of social inclusion and cohesion, and the specific objective of the economic and financial empowerment of women and their participation in Decision-making at the policy and institutional levels, which contributes to the creation of jobs, and value to society and economy. All this has made women's entrepreneurship in Morocco today a recent reality which still remains at the level of launch and development. On the subject, few studies and little research in the Maghreb countries and in Morocco in particular have been carried out.

The objective is to describe the current situation of the Moroccan entrepreneur through various indicators: her profile, the characteristics of the company created as well as the factors favoring and hindering its development.
