Abstract:

The goal of this paper is treating the fact that the energy and the resources to produce it represent a serious issue of the present century because of the need of taking measures to fight the fossil fuel shortage. The ecological principles that must be adopted by each individual can be achieved by informing the population and supported nationally by creating projects, laws and regulations. The present paper aims the implementation of a strategy to support the transition to use renewable energy in Romania, based on the resource potential and the European Union requirements.
