Abstract:

This study identifies the awareness of police officers toward RMP Integrity Plan 2016-2020 through knowledge, attitude, and situation. The report of this study is essential to discover a police officer faces great challenges to reinforce ethical and moral values while performing duties. This report also essential as the evaluation of awareness among police officers towards the RMP Integrity Plan 2016-2020. This study uses SEM-PLS to analyze the model of the relationship between knowledge, attitude, situation, and practices of integrity as stated in RMP Integrity Plan 2016-2020. The study's findings show that knowledge, attitude, and situation have a significant relationship to integrity and ethical practices. This study is limited to knowledge, attitude in the context of RMP Integrity Plan 2016-2020, and situation factors in South Klang District Headquarters that influence the integrity practices among police officers. Further studies are proposed to examine another factor that may contribute to the integrity practices and consider situation factors in the other police headquarters.
