The Student Focused as a Client Educational Strategy To Strengthen The Development of University Students

Abstract:

This paper aims to design an educational strategy to strengthen the development of university students, it has a transformative scope because its purpose is to generate a proposal for improvement through an educational strategy. The methodology is based on research and an interpretive paradigm and descriptive scope. It has an initial theoretical approach that will allow systematizing the theoretical assumptions about the concepts that can contribute to later propose, through a practical contribution, an educational strategy that can be applied in higher education. As the main results, it can be considered that initially a general objective and 03 specific objectives were raised that consider stages for the application of the strategies (pre-active stage, development stage, and evaluation stage) that strengthen the development of the university student in his student experience through 08 sessions in total, considering reflections, improvement proposals, development processes and an evaluation process. The main conclusion is the importance of implementing the research proposal in a public or private university, considering that the educational strategy is flexible and can be adapted according to the established situation.
