Abstract:

There is a decrease in the number of employees of agricultural organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan (RB) from 2004 to 2017. The annual reduction in the number of employees amounted to 6905 people. The chain indices of the number of employees of agricultural organizations, the average real wage, real wages for certain categories of workers, staff structure. A connection between the number of employees of agricultural organizations of the RB and the wages and number of workers in the services sector has been established. An economic-mathematical model for changing the number of employees due to selected factors has been developed. The model meets the estimated criteria and is applicable in forecasting. The equations describing the change in the number of employees of agricultural organizations of the RB have been developed, and the predicted values of the number of employees have been determined only for 2018 and 2019, since the development of instability is inherent in agricultural organizations of the RB.
