Abstract:

Unstable development of Russian economy in recent years requires decisive actions in management organization at the enterprises, representing the domestic industrial sector. According to the principles of the modern resource management, its business models are appropriate management concepts to the current situation. The integration of the resource management models is considered. The mechanism of the combined model is described in detail. About 100 Russian industrial enterprises were analyzed. United Engine Corporation - Gas Turbines as one of the few companies that implements the symbiosis of such models as lean production, theory of constraints and six sigma is studied. The integration of the modern resource management models is recognized as a promising step for the Russian industrial sector development.
