Abstract:
This research deals with the most important theoretical foundations necessary for social protection for workers in the institution. This means studying the social development of the organization and seeking to improve its social environment - in light of the moral, social and material conditions in which employees perform their work within the organization. Among the most important areas of social protection in the institution are: Emphasis on increasing the productivity of work, raising the efficiency and ensuring the quality of workers' work, helping them obtain higher qualifications, and at the same time helping to solve administrative problems such as controlling the rotation of workers who are the most qualified and most loyal to the institution.
