Abstract:

The uncertainty of the external environment of the enterprise affects the principles of management industrial facility. This uncertainty increases sharply during the global crisis. The fluctuation of the parameters at the entrance to a mini-economic system should be taken into account in the simulation models of enterprise management. Development and implement a controlling system must evaluate and predict the stability of industrial enterprises to fluctuations in the external environment. In our opinion in this case, the tools of fuzzy set theory may come for aid. The article proposes a model for assessing the effectiveness of implementation in the enterprise controlling system stability, taking into account fluctuations of the environment of operation.
