Abstract:

Artificial intelligence is changing the scope of human activities within enterprises. AI systems and tools not only enable efficient coordination of selected areas of economic activity but also enable accurate decision-making based on available enterprise data. The development of artificial intelligence raises fear among labor market participants about job losses caused by replacement with AI tools and systems. The aim of this article is to discuss the nature of artificial intelligence and identify examples of AI solutions designed for enterprises. This work serves as an introduction to further research on the approach to artificial intelligence in enterprises in Poland. An analysis of the relevant literature and a review of reports enabled a review of sample solutions dedicated to various business sectors.
