The Use of External Strategic Analyses by Manufacturing and Industrial Companies Operating in the Czech Republic from the Point of View of Scope of Their Activity

Abstract:

The paper presents the results of the use of external strategic analyses by companies operating in the Czech Republic from the point of view of scope of their activity. A research focusing on the knowledge and use of methods for the assessment of the external business environment was realized at 199 companies. The data were processed using a two-choice test about the difference between two quotients and Fisher's exact faktorial test. The conclusion demonstrates the results of the research results and points to the breadth of knowledge and practical use of external strategic analyses.
