Theoretical Aspects of Relationship Employee Performance and Organizational Climate

Abstract:

This study addresses the issue of sustainable employability whose ultimate goal is to increase the quality of life at work. This indicator translates into happy employees and well-being. In this context, the analysis on several levels (macro-level (societal), meso-level (work) and micro-level (personal)) of the relationships and influences between the elements that ensure this result is laborious work. In this theoretical study we aim to present a model of sustainable employability in which we highlight the relationships between performance and organizational well-being, as well as a series of strategies that can be implemented at the level of an organization
