Abstract:

The purpose of our research is to provide a model able to assess the calmness of a particular information and communication technology at a specific time. Our model, called calmness assessment table, may be employed to assess any technology by calm technology experts, who will grade ten basic aspects specific to this field, which will be selected by us. As concerns information and communication technologies, we will focus on a collection of technologies that make up a business model called cloud computing.
