Theory and Practice of Regulation of Reproductive (Parental) Labor in Maintaining the Balance of Family and Work Behavior

Abstract:

This article deals with the problem of exclusion of reproductive (parental) labor from the national economy and the consequences of this exclusion. The theoretical socio-economic model of inclusion into the economy is proposed. The role of employees with family responsibilities is identified and the fragment of data about the pilot project is given. Lost economic opportunities are proven from discrimination of employees with family responsibilities.
