Abstract:
This article considers the methodology for development of data architecture of the interface for interaction with suppliers on the basis of DMS modeling at chain trading companies. The study identifies basic business processes of chain retailing companies, examines the typical structure of business processes within the interface of interaction with suppliers at chain trading companies, and classifies the main documents. Based on the analysis of sub-processes, the authors consider the main stages of data architecture development, classification of the main documents used in the "Purchase" business process, as well as entities and tools for data architecture formation. The conducted research allowed the authors to model the top-level document management system that reflects an external, internal, and supporting document flow at chain companies, and also serves as a basis for development of data architecture of interface for interaction between chain trading companies and suppliers.
