Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to determine the objective risks of digitalization for each of the components of the company's labor potential (psycho-physiological, qualification, and socio-personal), as well as to develop tools for developing labor potential based on risk management. The authors showed how digitalization transforms the labor landscape and reduces the effectiveness of traditional tools for developing the company's labor potential. The researchers systematized the risks of digitalization, which are most likely to hinder the development of psycho-physiological, qualification and socio-personal components of the company's labor potential. The authors proposed a model of development of labor potential of the company in terms of digitalization, based on system approach (input of the model - risks of digitalization for psycho-physiological, skill and social and personal potential; management impact/operation - a set of the most effective tools to reduce risks; output of the model - the efficiency of development of labor potential of the company).
