Abstract:
In a post-pandemic world, graduates are expected to have different skill set in fulfilling their responsibilities in a workplace. This is due to the changes in the business models and work environment which are now virtual and dynamic. For businesses to operate successfully in the new normal, they need to have employee with digital and flexibility skills. This requirement is crucial in coordinating business operations in the new normal and successfully allow organization to compete in a more challenging business environment. This paper highlight why these two are key skills that need to be conquered by graduates in the post-pandemic world.
