Abstract:

The relevance of this study is realized through the modernization of various levels of the system of national education, which takes place in very uneasy conditions. On the one hand, this is connected with the transition to market relations in the economy, on the other hand, with changes in the state economic, social and political aspects of the country.
This is reflected in the fact that various innovative processes take place in the sphere of education: new types of educational institutions are being created, educational institutions become independent not only from the financial, but also from the educational point of view, the market of educational services is being formed, strategies for variational education aimed at maximum consideration of personal needs, opportunities and individual characteristics of students.
