Tourism Consumption Of Generation Z – Comparative Analysis Of Polish And Ukrainian Students

Abstract:

The current study focuses mainly on characteristic behaviour of young tourists representing generation Z. The survey was conducted on Polish and Ukrainian students and particular interest was given to the differences between aforementioned consumer groups. Factors which dominated the area of research included destination preferences, accommodation, satisfaction during the stay as well as recommendations shared with others after the travel. The survey was adopted for data collection. To analyse the data pair wise correlations were inferred and a logistic regression classifier with a binary target was used. The results, however, do not reveal any significant discrepancies between the surveyed groups.
