Tourism-Oriented Competitiveness of Post-Industrial Redevelopment in Moscow

Abstract:

The article presents an analysis of post-industrial redevelopment processes in Moscow from the viewpoint of ever-increasing tourism potentials, taking into account the following aspects of competitiveness in tourism: international experience, the use of consulting, tourist perceptions in renovation and revitalization projects, expansion of public-private incentives for redevelopment, and ensuring balance of all sectors, responsible for the transformation of urban post-industrial territories. The tourism competitiveness studies of the mechanisms for redevelopment projects will increase their advantages and long-term viabilities for both individual sites and complex areas in the conditions of stagnation and oversaturation of the commercial real estate market in Moscow.
