Abstract:
Effectiveness of actions undertaken in project realisation is inextricably correlated with project success. Performance is typically assessed from two perspectives: the praxeological perspective of the market represented by effectiveness and the economic perspective represented by efficiency measures. These categories can be related to the assessment of project management performance measurement, to establish a multi-dimensional and multi-level context of project assessment. The present article proposes a framework developing modern paradigms for project success in the classic, dual approach to performance measurement. The ideas put forward here could contribute to the debate on project value.
