Abstract:
After an exploration of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) concept, for which is embraced the definition "the system of enterprises interlaced by the flows of information and materials that cross them and integrated by the means of combined planning of the activities and the synchronization of the job flows in order to obtain value creation, competitive advantage, satisfaction of the customer" the present paper proposes, moving from a review of the strategic and tactical benefits of SCM, a possible hierarchy of the benefits of the SCM programs carried out explicitly to avoid possible duplications.
