Abstract:

E-Government is an urgent topic for developing countries. In Egypt and after the latest political, societal and economic changes over the last three years, it is becoming a critical issue for sustainable development. In this paper, we enunciate the need for a shared public services framework in Egypt. Furthermore, we discuss the different aspects that need to be considered by such a framework.
