Abstract:
The main goal of this study is to analyze the results of children’s health in the European Union in relationship with age and family status. New macroeconomic indicators from Eurostat online database are used in one-way ANOVA analysis and Tukey's HSD post hoc test. The paper focuses on the relation between children’s health and age to determine to which age group and family type should policy makers’ focus when designing and implementing children health policies. Further research on the socio-economic development of countries correlated with the impact of the implementation of health policies dedicated to children has to be evaluated.
