Abstract:

In the article there are presented and discussed theoretical concepts and contemporary theories developed in social sciences – as a methodological basis for improving the acquisition and leadership competences development in the army. A methodological platform (leadership navigator) was developed to focus the processes of shaping and developing leadership competencies.
