Abstract:
Owing to sensitive nature of the direct dealing with customers, employees’ performance has a direct impact on the overall banking performance. In today’s changing market, success is influenced by innovation, speed and acceptability rather than on capital. The changing market trends have enhanced the share of human resource management and the effect has on the performance of organizations, thus linking the two (Qureshi et al., 2010). The banking sector of Pakistan has employed various indicators to mark employee performance and their contribution to the organization's success. Employees are a valuable asset for any organization and their performance has a direct impact on the organization's performance.
