Abstract:

Substitution technological order - the basis of economic modernization. In recent years, the development of the world economy to the fore indicators characterizing the development of technologies and the pace of renovation of production. And crucial in the development of the world economy is improving its technological structure. This explains the key issues of modernization reforms. Based on the statistics of long-term trends in evaluating the technical and economic development of the industrialized countries in the last century are five series dominated today existing technological structures. For the period of the change of technological way quite a high degree of uncertainty of the flow of production processes, the non-linear nature of the development of economic processes. All this leads to the fact that in the initial state business organizations need to take a mess, chaos, caused by the change of paradigm. In this case, creating order out of chaos is possible due to the organization (of organizing). Thus, the substitution of technological structure in enterprise structures is realized through the following interrelated fundamental processes: organization, management and self-organization.
